Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for orders to be processed after your order has been completed. Our expected dispatch times may differ during busy holiday periods; we appreciate your patience with this.

 

Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, the expected delivery time is 3–5 working days.
If 15 working days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us via our contact page, and we’ll find a resolution.

 

Shipping Costs

Free UK delivery on orders over £60.

Orders below £60 will incur a standard shipping charge, which will be calculated at checkout.

 

Tracking
All parcels are tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched, so you can monitor progress online.
