Why was Fetchamo created?

Fetchamo was created to design dog accessories that balance functionality with a modern, understated aesthetic. We believe everyday accessories for dog owners should be as thoughtfully designed as everything else you carry.

Who designs your products?

Every Fetchamo product is designed in-house in the UK, with a focus on functionality, quality and timeless design.

Will you be launching more products?

Yes. We're continually expanding the Fetchamo collection with thoughtfully designed accessories for modern life with dogs.

Orders & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

How long does delivery take?

We offer free UK delivery, with orders typically arriving within 3–5 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can keep up to date with your delivery.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK only.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your Fetchamo purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
